TiVo announces software update for HD and Series 3 DVRs to provide new features

October 26, 2007 – TiVo has announced a new software update for its Series 3 and HD Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), which will enable new features including multi-room viewing, progressive downloads and TiVoToGo, which enables the transfer of recorded content to a PC for DVD burning.
