The Netherlands’ Latest TV Network to be Launched in October as ‘LiveShop’

August 15, 2005 – The first dedicated live shopping TV network in the Netherlands, created by a joint venture between Chellomedia and Tel Sell, is to start televising programs from October of this year under the name of ‘LiveShop’.

LiveShop can be received in more than 4 million Dutch analogue and digital cable households, and will replace the existing Tel Sell channel.

LiveShop will grow to up to 5,000 hours of Dutch language-based programming per year. The live Dutch-speaking programs are to be produced from Tel Sell’s TV studios in Almere.
