Ruckus Wireless forms strategic distribution partnership with SYNNEX for ZoneFlex product range

October 22, 2007 – Ruckus Wireless has announced that it has formed a strategic distribution agreement with SYNNEX, a business process services company, to distribute the full line of Ruckus ZoneFlex products, including the new ZoneFlex Smart Wireless LAN system, to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in North America.

“ZoneFlex is an ideal next-generation solution for small and mid-sized businesses and for our SMB channel,” said John Horner, General Manager for Telephony and Converged Solutions at SYNNEX.  “Our resellers can sell it across many high-growth segments, including multi-tenant dwellings, schools, colleges, medical clinics, small- and medium-sized offices, and large homes.  End users can install it with robust coverage easily and immediately.”

Selina Lo, President and CEO of Ruckus Wireless, added: “Ruckus Wireless provides a very unique Smart Wi-Fi system for the underserved middle of the enterprise market.  ZoneFlex delivers more consistent coverage and better quality-of-service for data, voice and video.  Our Smart Wi-Fi access points give customers three to four times the coverage than any Wi-Fi alternative today.”

Ms. Lo added that over the past 100 days Ruckus Wireless has signed 100 Ruckus “Big Dogs” as ZoneFlex solution providers.
