IPTV World Forum 2008 receives record attendance and 85% of exhibitors re-book on-site for IPTV WF09
March 25, 2008 - This month's IPTV World Forum 2008 was an unprecedented success, with the show attracting over 5,500 attendees across six conference streams and a joint exhibition.
The fourth annual IPTV World Forum (www.iptv-forum.com) saw London’s Olympia play host to the co-located conference streams IPTV World Forum, IP Cable, TV Over Net, ITV Ads, The Connected Home, Satellite 2.0 and Mobile TV World Summit.
The busy exhibition floor was the setting for over 150 exhibition stands from the likes of Nokia Siemens Networks, NEC, Ericsson, TANDBERG Television, Microsoft Mediaroom, Alcatel Lucent and many more. The IPTV World Forum 2009 is once again set to be the year's leading IPTV event, with 85% of this year's exhibitors rebooking for their place at next year’s exhibition.
“We were delighted at the turnout at the show” said Ian Johnson, Managing Director of Junction. “By combining multiple complementary streams the audience was diverse, and all conferences well attended.”
