CopperGate Communications ships five million HomePNA chipsets

May 7, 2008 – Semiconductor firm CopperGate Communications has announced the shipment of its five millionth HomePNA chipset worldwide.

HomePNA is a home networking standard for the delivery of media and data via home coax and phone wiring, and offers transmission speeds of up to 320 Mbps.
